Some killers kill for hedonistic reasons. Sexual fetish, thrill etc.
Some of it stems from being (sexually) abused as a kid and trying to regain the perceived lost power as an adult, while some simply stray from the norm as far as sexual desires go and get off by hunting and killing people. It’s more intense than sex, according to some of them.
