      Its India. Because they are talking in hindi. May be its not a accident . They are burning the deadbody. Hindus burn dead body in this way

   That is in India. It happened in a remote village where people thought that the guy was dead and as part of last rites they set ablaze his body on pyre. Then that dude regained consciousness but, it was too late by then. The voices you hear are the chants in Sanskrit..
