As it turned out, the pensioner rented an apartment from a 63-year-old woman. Some time ago, conflicts began between them because the man broke furniture in the rented apartment.
As a result of this conflict, the pensioner killed the woman, dismembered the body and took the dismembered parts out to garbage bins.
The murdered woman was involved in the modeling business and sewed steampunk costumes.
