What did happen to her, did they put her out of her misery did she die how is this treated ?
So I looked it up and its called Myasis such diseases are treated by removing the living worms from the wound, in some circumstances anti larve Medicine like Ivermectine can be given I dont think in this case though because the second stage of larvae like Screwworms often bury deep and if they die there anaphylactic shock will be the case. Idk if she can be helped though looks like a lot of work
Also the black stuff is necrotic tissue I hope they have euthanasia in this country
