A car hit a child and dragged him through the snow

In Novy Urengoy, a car ran into a 5-year-old child and dragged him through the snow under the bottom of the car several tens of meters.

The incident occurred on the afternoon of February 27 in the courtyard of house number 5 in the Tundrovy microdistrict, where the boy played without adult supervision. The driver did not notice the child who rolled down the snow hill.
