A drunken degenerate who called himself a ‘general’ smashed the windshield of a car and attacked passers-by. He called himself a ‘general’, shouted that he urgently needed to go to the ‘war against the Nazis’ in Ukraine.
Then he undressed to the waist, sat down in the middle of the road and asked for a ride to the war.
The identity of the brawler was established by the police, but no statements from the victims have yet been received.
