In St. Petersburg, a drunken director of the clowning theater “Lycedei” Viktor Solovyov on a BMW X6 hit a man who changed the wheel at the roadside.
Solovyov was detained at the scene with 0.7 ppm of alcohol in his blood.
The injured man, born in 1978, was hospitalized in serious condition. Doctors had to amputate his right leg to the hip.
