In Irkutsk, on Baikalskaya Street, a 15-year-old girl tried to jump out of the balcony.
Eyewitnesses told the police that a girl was sitting on the balcony of the 14th floor. Rescuers and police were called to the scene.
Rescuer Mikhail Dmitriev tried to persuade the girl not to lose her life. At some point, the girl’s hands slipped and she flew down.
Mikhail Dmitriev managed to grab the suicide by the ankles and, together with the owner of the apartment, Mikhail Ospanov, they managed to drag the girl onto the balcony of the 13th floor.
Psychologists work with a failed suicide, the rescuer is presented for a reward.
