This incident happened in Penobscot County, Maine, USA back in February 2009. Some teenage snowmobilers found 44 y/o Larry D dead in a snow-covered field. His death was ruled an accidental overdose. He had actually lied there for several days prior to discovery—the frigid temperatures made the decomposition process much slower than it would usually be.
