A man came to receive a pension with a corpse

Brought a corpse to the post office

A man came to the post office and said that he wanted to receive his friend’s pension. However, the postal employee refused him, citing the fact that the pensioner himself should come for the pension.

The man left, and after a while returned with his friend, who supported the pensioner on his feet.

The postal clerk noticed that despite the fact that the pensioner was supported from both sides, he did not give the impression of a living person. That is, he was simply dead, and two men brought a corpse to the post office.

When the postal clerk said this, the men quickly left the post office leaving the corpse behind.

The arrived policemen ascertained the death of the pensioner.

Soon both participants in the event were detained, one of them was charged with murder.

As it turned out later, the nephew of the pensioner Declan Haughney brought the corpse to the post office. According to him, his uncle Peader Doyle was going for a pension and suddenly fell, after which Declan Haughney delivered his uncle’s corpse to the post office.
