In the Tomsk shooting range ‘Polygon-S’ 26-year-old Nikita Paulkin, while shooting at targets, suddenly fired at the instructor, and then shot himself.
Paulkin was a regular customer of the shooting range and often came to trainings. A strange video message was found on his phone, which raised the suspicion that Paulkin was insane.
For almost 4 minutes, Paulkin speaks outright nonsense:

The police are conducting an investigation, a criminal case has been opened under Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ‘Murder’
