The man was wearing a military uniform and a bulletproof vest. Cartridges, magazines from a Kalashnikov assault rifle and empty bottles of alcohol were scattered around the house.
The man shouted that he had recently returned from the war with Ukraine. The guards did not detain the man and called the police, and the police called the National Guard.
The man threatens to throw grenades, several Molotov cocktails have already been thrown at the police.

UPD: We managed to establish the name of the invader. It turned out to be 35-year-old Vyacheslav Chernenko from Krasnoyarsk.
He chose the cottage according to sales ads on the Avito bulletin board and decided that a house for 1 billion rubles in Sherwood near Istra suited him.
As he stated, God told him to seize the cottage.
The man had a decent arsenal with him: a Kalashnikov assault rifle with a large number of cartridges and a grenade.
Negotiations with the invader came to nothing. As a result, a firefight ensued, which lasted about 5 hours. In the end, the special forces went to storm the building, during which Vyacheslav Chernenko was killed.
