A 51-year-old man was caring for his brother with cerebral palsy. The patient had an epileptic attack, his brother tried to help him and broke his neck.
The disabled person died. The man covered him with a blanket and continued to live as before. It is known that he abused alcohol.
The deception was revealed due to the cadaverous smell that the guests of the apartment felt. The court sentenced the man to 8 years in prison.
