Traffic police officers stopped a Kia Rio carsharing car in which, in addition to the driver, there were three more students from the Central African Republic.
When checking the documents, the students actively resisted, fought and bit the traffic police inspectors.
However, they were all detained and taken to the police department.
In the near future, black students will be charged with cannibalism under Art. 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ‘Use of violence against a representative of power’.
