Vietnamese police have arrested a businessman who set up a network to sell used condoms.
Used condoms were first boiled in water, then shaped on a wooden phallus, packaged and sold as new. A total of 360 kg (794 lbs) of products were seized, equivalent to 345,000 condoms.
The woman detained at the warehouse said that the owner of the enterprise paid her $0.17 per kilogram of processed products.
The products came from one source.
