In the village of Elatma, Kasimov district, Ryazan region, a man shot five people with a gun.
The cause of the conflict was the noisy behavior of a company of young people. The killer burst into the apartment, killed three young people, including the girl on the spot, and shot two on the street.
After the murder, the man born in 1988 went on the run. A helicopter was used to capture him.
Now the killer was detained by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, investigative actions are being carried out with him.
The man worked in a neuropsychiatric dispensary and, according to fellow countrymen, avoided him because of his aggressive nature.
