Viktor Mokhov, born in 1950, a native of Skopin, Ryazan region, together with his accomplice Elena Badukinina, in the fall of 2000, kidnapped two girls, Ekaterina Martynova, 14 years old, and Elena Samokhina, who were kept for 17 years in a specially built underground prison where he periodically raped them.

The girls were returning home late in the evening when a VAZ 2105 car stopped next to them. Viktor Mokhov was driving. His accomplice Elena Badukina was in the car.

Mokhov offered to give the girls a ride and they agreed. In the car, Mokhov treated them to alcohol and sleeping pills.

He brought the girls to a country house, where a prison with a disguised entrance was equipped in the garage.

For 3.5 years, Mokhov raped girls. Elena Samokhina during this time gave birth to two children from a maniac.

The girls repeatedly tried to rebuff Mokhov, but in response to this he sprayed tear gas in the underground bunker, deprived them of food, kept them in complete darkness for days.

In 2003, the maniac considered that the girls’ resistance was finally broken and began to take the girls out for a walk.

In 2004, he demanded that Ekaterina Martynova play the role of his niece in order to get into the credibility of a student at the Skopinsky Medical School, who rented a room in his apartment.

Martynova agreed, but wrote a note in which she said that Mokhov had kidnapped her.

Victor is not my uncle. He has been keeping us in the basement since September 2000. He can kill us and you. Take the note to the police.

Martynova imperceptibly put a note in an audio cassette box.

Mokhov did not manage to make the student drink wine with sleeping pills and soon the maniac with his victim returned to his country house.

The student soon went home to Novomichurinsk and only a month later discovered a note left by Ekaterina Martynova.

The girl took the note to the police. A search was carried out in Mokhov’s house, which did not bring any results.

The entrance to the underground prison was at the back of the garage and was masked by a sheet of metal that was attached with powerful magnets.

Mokhov was summoned for interrogation, where his nerves broke down and he told how to find the underground prison (*).

*It is hard to believe in this, most likely, measures of influence were applied to Mokhov, that is, torture.
