Hi guys. 3 months of war between Russia and Ukraine have passed, we are still here and do not even sit in a Russian prison. We have changed the Russian domain and no longer have anything to do with the jurisdiction of Russia.
The new domain could not fail to attract the attention of Russian censorship. First, they sent me an email demanding that I restrict access to certain materials on the site. A dilemma arose: to fulfill their demands or send them towards the Russian warship?
I honestly fulfilled their requirements, but the new domain was blocked in Russia anyway. Now at the request of Rospotrebnadzor and Rosmolodezh. I did not even know that there is such an organization “Rosmolodezh”.
So my attempt to “collaborate” with Russian censorship failed. I should have sent them to hell right away.
Protonmail changed the domain and I lost access to the site mail for almost a month, but then I restored it and now we have two contact emails [email protected] and [email protected]. It’s better to use the latter.
We slightly improved the caching settings and new comments appear not after 30-40 minutes as before, but after 5 minutes, but there are no limits to perfection, so we will still work with the settings.
Also, as an experiment, the function of attaching a picture to a comment has been added. I have a hunch this won’t end well, so I might have to come up with something else.
If you have any wishes or comments about the site interface, leave a comment under this post.
Good luck to all of us!
