My dad was once attacked by a big dog when he was young, the way he survived was by shoving his hand and arm as far down the dog’s throat as he could, stayed there until the dog died. He stayed like that at least 20 minutes after the dog completely stopped moving, just out of fear and to make sure the dog was surely dead.
