In the Zaporozhye region, law enforcement officers detained a suspect in the murder of 30 underage girls. It turned out to be Sergey Tkach, a native of the Kemerovo region of the Russian Federation.
The killings began in 1983 and continued until that time, he said.
According to Moskal, the suspect came from the Kemerovo region of Russia to the city of Pavlograd in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Since 1983, there have been several cases of disappearance and murder of girls in the region.
The investigation of the case was under the control of the Central Committee of the CPSU, but then the killer was not found. Later, the suspect moved to the Zaporozhye region, where the girls also began to disappear.
Moskal said that the prosecutor’s office is investigating the case. The detainee gives evidence, in particular, he confessed that he had killed a 10-year-old girl a few days ago.
