Two children 6 and 9 years old were walking near the house when they saw a pack of stray dogs and rushed to run. However, one of the children was unlucky, the dogs caught up with him and bit him to death.
The boy wanted to hide behind private garages, but did not have time. He could only be identified from photographs of his clothes.
The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation opened a criminal case.
