Killed two children in kindergarten and committed suicide

A man broke into a kindergarten, shot an employee, went into the bedroom, shot two children aged 5 and 6, and then committed suicide. The events took place during a quiet hour when the children were sleeping.

There were no guards in the kindergarten, and there was only an alarm button to call the police. Nobody had time to use the alarm button.

The killer turned out to be 25-year-old Ruslan Akhtyamov, who, under unclear circumstances, took possession of the Izh-27 hunting rifle of 68-year-old Alexander Dronin, whose corpse was found in a dump near the scene.

Ruslan Akhtyamov was registered in a psycho-neurological dispensary and was observed by a psychiatrist.
