A 48-year-old bar visitor was beaten by guards and thrown out of the premises. In retaliation, the man set fire to the bar.
After the man was removed from the establishment, he bought a can of gasoline and returned to the bar. A guard stood at the entrance, who prevented the arsonist from fulfilling his plans.
However, the bully still managed to spill gasoline near the entrance and set it on fire. Soon the man was detained, he was in a state of strong alcoholic intoxication.
He faces a criminal penalty of up to 2 years in prison under Articles 167 ‘arson’ and 213 ‘hooliganism’ of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
