At the request of the pensioner, Monakhov allowed her to live in her former apartment for some time. However, the woman was in no hurry to release the property.
On July 16, the woman once again met with the new owner of the living space. The conversation took place in the car. As a result of the conversation, something went wrong and the woman stabbed the man twice in the neck and chest. The man was in the passenger seat of the car. He got out of the car, took a few steps and died.
A criminal case was initiated against the pensioner for murder under Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
