Russia launched a missile attack on a residential building in Kramatorsk. The apartment building was almost completely destroyed, two entrances collapsed.
It is reported that 3 people were killed and more than 20 injured. Rescuers are working to clear the blockage under which there may still be living people.
Earlier, the Ukrainian city of Dnipro was subjected to a similar barbaric bombardment.
