In this video, some characters in an extremely unprofessional way cut off the head of a bound guy with a blunt knife and for some reason hit him on the head with a huge wooden stake.
Probably Brazil.
It’s actually harder to cut off a person’s head than one might initially think. There’s the spine to consider. It’s solid bone, so yeah. Use an axe next time, or something.
