What’s with the green paint and drug dealers in ex-Soviet countries? Some sort of tradition?
Relatively new tradition. The beginning was laid by the Ukrainians when, after the Revolution of Dignity in 2014, they began to humiliate politicians in this way.
Later, this idea with brilliant green was adopted by drug dealers, taxi drivers and other characters who wanted to publicly humiliate people.
Something like this.
