On July 10, Roman severely beat his wife (she is on the video at 64 seconds) and said that she would never see their child again.
This afternoon, he took his 3-year-old son from kindergarten, came home and took the baby in his arms and went out the window of the 13th floor. The boy was scared and cried.
Negotiations with a potential suicide lasted for almost 3 hours. As a result, the man released the child and surrendered to the police.
