On July 23, an explosion occurred in a private garage in Znamensk. Police officers were called to the scene and found the corpse of a man in the garage, or rather dismembered remains.
The police did not say the cause of the explosion, but local residents reported that the man had a hand grenade.
Probably the explosion occurred due to inept handling of an explosive device.
The victim did not abuse alcohol, it was not associated with the military or terrorist organizations.
